Put your shirt on it

Outside Wembley are (L-R): Connor Young (15), Chris Wright (16), Jack Hillman (14), and Sam Hewson (14) |
A trip to Wembley Stadium has inspired a group of young soccer fans to campaign to help under-privileged people in Africa.
The fans, who are all members of West Hull Youth Forum, had a guided tour of Wembley which included lifting the FA cup, sitting in the royal box, walking up the players' tunnel and sitting in the dugouts.
The trip gave them the idea to collect old football shirts to donate to Africa through the Football4Africa charity.
Now the group are calling for Hull residents to dig deep into their wardrobes and bedroom drawers - and find their old shirts and take them to collection points across the city.
"We're all big football fans," says forum member Chris Wright (16).
"So we wanted to set up a project that was related to football, but one that would help other people as well.
The shirts can be of any team, including Sunday league shirts, but should be in good condition.
They will be worn by people of all ages for leisure and sporting purposes in towns and cities in Africa.
Anybody who has a shirt to donate, or who would be interested in setting up a collection point, should contact Mark Spight at Hull Youth Council by emailing mark.spight@hullcc.gov.uk or calling 300300.

The West Hull Youth Forum meets fortnightly on a Tuesday evening at the Fred Moore Library in Wold Road.
Supported by Hull Youth Council, members plan and organise projects and campaigns on issues they feel strongly about.
Past campaigns have involved tackling dog mess in the local area and cleaning up a local playing field.
The trip to London was paid for through the Youth Opportunity Fund.
