Ways to contact Hull City Council

1. Call Hull Connect on (01482) 300300
A friendly service with an answer for almost every question about your Council. Open between 8am and 7pm weekdays, 9am and 1pm on Saturdays.
2. Visit Customer Service Centres (CSCs)
Get face-to-face help with Council enquiries at any Customer Service Centre, open between 10am and 5pm weekdays, and 10am to 1.30pm on Saturdays.
Every CSC opens until 7pm on one night of the week.
Mondays - George Street
Tuesdays - Holderness Road, Ings, Walker Street
Wednesdays - North Point
Thursdays - Orchard Park, Derringham Bank, Ings, Preston Road.
