Saluting heroes

Hull will once again honour servicemen and women and provide a great family day out when Veterans Day is held in the city.
The event will include displays of military vehicles, a fun fair, army assault course, children's rides, and give a chance for people of all ages to meet veterans and current servicemen and women from the armed forces.
It will be held in East Park on August 2nd and 3rd from 10am to 6pm on both days and admission is free.
A limited amount of parking in East Park is available.
