Beat the credit crunch with Hull libraries

If you're feeling the credit crunch, look no further than Hull's 15 libraries for loads of ways to keep your whole family entertained for next-to-nothing!
Why not cut back on takeaways and eating out, and try healthy recipes from the wide selection of cookery books instead?
Or save pounds by learning DIY and decorating tips from home improvement books.
There's even advice on saving money through books on home budgeting.
If you're not keen on reading, there's also a wide selection of classic movies on DVD which cost £1 a week to take out, while the many music and pop CDs to choose from cost just 85p for three weeks.
For more information about libraries visit www.hullcc.gov.uk or call 300300, or visit one!
