Say 'I do' in style

The number of couples getting married at the Guildhall has almost trebled in the last year.
The historic building, the headquarters of Hull City Council, on Alfred Gelder Street, was licensed for civil ceremonies in 2006.
Rooms for hire include the civic suite, which comprises the lavish banqueting hall and reception room.
"It's great to see the building being used and enjoyed," says Guildhall manager Sue Sedgwick.
"It's possibly one of the north of England's most impressive venues for civil ceremonies, and we believe in giving a dedicated personal service to our customers, paying attention to the smallest detail to ensure their big day is everything they dreamed of."
Guildhall staff can provide the whole wedding day package for up to 250 guests, from breakfast to evening reception.
For information contact Alison Henderson on 300300 or email guildhall.businessoffice@hullcc.gov.uk
A wedding fair will be held at the Guildhall on January 18, featuring stands from local businesses supplying dresses, cars, cakes and photography.
Proceeds from the day will be donated to the Lord Mayor's charities, which are Hull Rape Crisis and Marie Curie Cancer Care.
