New children's centres
Hull's 19 children's centres play a vital role for children growing up in Hull – and now there are two more!

The new children's centres, at Bude Primary School, Bransholme, and Bricknell Primary School, west Hull, are, like the other centres, places which bring together a range of services all under one roof.
That includes:
- health advice
- parenting and family support
- play sessions and childcare
- help to find a job or training
Each centre is located in the heart of its community and supports families from pregnancy through to their child starting school and beyond.
The centres are also great places for parents to meet each other and make friends.
Bude Park Children's Centre has plenty of activities planned for the new year including baby massage and weekly play sessions.
That's after its busy summer and autumn programme which has included a family sports day, messy play, circus skills and a teddy bear's picnic.
Bricknell Children's Centre, which will be fully open in the New Year, already has staff in place and is running sessions including infant massage and music sessions.
