It's one of the UK's biggest annual fundraising events, and takes place on Friday 19th - Sunday 21st March.
Anyone can get involved.
You could run a mile, learn to swim or dance a salsa! All the money raised will go to help others.
This year the famous TV presenter Christine Bleakley will attempt to water ski across the English Channel.
Will she do it?

Only one in ten school packed lunches meet the nation's standards set for school meals.
Research published recently has found many are heavy on sweets, sugary drinks, crisps and other savoury snacks, and even fruit.
We should eat five fruits a day and seven glasses of water.
You should not eat too many burgers, portions of chips, fried chicken, pizza, or chicken nuggets.
The healthiest fruits are apples, raspberries, strawberries and oranges.

At Bellfield we have a girls' football team called the Bellfield Bulldogs.
We train twice a week after school and take part in tournaments.
Football is a brilliant sport and it really gives us girls a chance to show off our skills!
We can dribble, pass, tackle, shoot and even some times score!
Our best memory was when we won many of our games at the Gemtec Arena.
Mr Makin is our coach and he encourages and supports us (Phil Brown eat your heart out!)
Since learning to play football we have noticed that we are much fitter.
Girl power! Maybe we will get to play for Hull City one day?

He wrote the following poem, for which he will receive his prize shortly.
Presents
Presents big, presents small,
Presents thin and presents tall,
Presents skinny, presents fat,
And silly presents like Dad's new hat.
