Day for a picnic
The UK will be a hive of picnicking activity as thousands of families join in and take part in trying to break the Guinness World Record for the largest picnic. To join in, all you need to do to is pack two courses and a drink for each of your picnic crew.
The picnic will be held at East Park between 11.30am - 2pm.

Visit the launch of the new Parent drop-in sessions at Hull Central Library from 10am - 3pm. You will find fun activities for all the family and be able to chat confidentially to a parenting worker about any issues or concerns you may have.

The Play Development Team is hosting an event between 10am - 4pm in Queen's Gardens, Hull College and BBC buildings.

The Family Information Service is hosting an event on Queen Victoria Square 10am - 4pm. There will be entertainment, crafts and fun activities for all the family, including face painting and a balloon race.

Hull's 14th Race for Life will take place on Sunday 31 May at Costello Sports Stadium.
