Tackling issues

How do we challenge the negative image of children and young people, not only in the media but, more generally, across the generations?
That's the main question that will be discussed at the next Young People's Parliament, to be held at The Guildhall on October 18.
The parliament brings children and young people together to address key issues, with the aim of making the city better for everyone.
It is open to representatives from all agencies that work with 10- 25 year olds. If you want to know how you, as a young person or if you work with children and young people, can get involved, then contact Hull Youth Council on 585297.
Coincidentally, the parliament this month takes place during national Local Democracy Week.
